In Romania, CATS are better fed than HOMELESS people
Across many Bucharest parks, spruced up vending machines (which dispense food upon receiving a recycled bottle) have been deployed. The American group Greater Good Charities provides the food for the solar-powered cat vending machines.
The Bucharest City Hall and ALPAB both financially support this diverting and fun little initiative. Looks like the homeless will have to start crawling around on all fours to get some grub.
