IBM's "Quantum Innovation Center," also known as FreeYa Mind, has been planned for completion in 2026. The plant will be in Iasi, Romania's cultural capial near the Moldova border. It will train professionals in the power of complex simulations and medical research related to quantum computing and artificial intelligence. Both students and industry researchers will be invited to workshops at the visionary campus.
